Alpha Mobile Detailing Service Agreement

 

This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Alpha Waterfront Services LLC (hereafter referred to as “Alpha”, “contractor”, “technician”,  “us”, “our”, or “we” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you. By using the services of Alpha you hereby agree to the following terms:

Access to Water & Electricity

​

We require access to water and electricity for most of our detailing services. If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us at (603) 520-7065 so we can find a solution. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

​

Due to the amount of time it takes to perform premium detailing services, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill your designated time to avoid our cancellation fee. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:

• We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service.

• Alpha reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failure.

• Gift Certificate appointments will follow the same cancellation policy and will be automatically redeemed for the value of the cancellation fee in accordance with policy guidelines.

Quality of Service

​

Our top-priority is for you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to restore your vehicle to a or new condition. Using our expertise, knowledge, and level of training we will restore your vehicle to the best condition possible within the constraints of our budget, time, and resources. If after completion and our thorough final inspection you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. Alpha will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage

​

Alpha and its contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle prior to when it is in our care. We are trained professionals who prioritize quality and care. If something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident and do our best to resolve the problem at hand. By agreeing to our detailing services, you also agree not to hold Alpha Waterfront Services LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Alpha limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.

 

Providing Feedback & Photos

We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at (alphawaterfrontservices@gmail.com) to share you experience with us. As part of our business model, we carry the right to utilize pictures or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes, to publish on our website (www.alphawaterfrontservices.com), or any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be shown in the photos. If, per special request you would not like your vehicle shown online, please make it known prior to the start of our service.

Termination of Service

​

Alpha may cancel any new or existing services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services. Instances of service termination include, but are not limited to: working directly with Alpha employees instead of going through the company, being rude or harsh to Alpha employees, or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination.

Alpha Changes

​

Alpha reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, Alpha does not make any commitment to update the materials.

 

I Understand That

• By using our services you hereby understand that Alpha does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our detailing services.

• Alpha limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.

• If the job takes much longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra fee.

• All Sales Are Final.
